Meet Oscar.
Oscar Cortez Rivas started OC Plumbing & Water Heaters to give Bay Area families something that shouldn't be rare: honest pricing, and work done right the first time.
Most people meet a plumber on their worst day, no hot water before work, a leak spreading across the kitchen floor, a sewer line backing up on a holiday weekend. Oscar built this company around that moment: answer the phone, show up, explain what's actually wrong in plain English, and give a price before touching anything.
Water heaters are the specialty. Tank, tankless and boilers, install, repair and replacement, is the work we do most, and it's the work we're fastest at. But we're a full-service plumbing shop: drains, leaks, gas lines, fixtures and sewer laterals for homes and businesses across the Bay Area.
We're family-owned, licensed and insured, and we're open 24 hours because plumbing doesn't keep business hours.
